Our 3 month, 30 hour online Advanced Certificate will apply learning from the Foundations Certification in a simulated or real organizational design or transformation effort. You will be given a case study and connected with a simulation executive who has successfully led organizational design efforts who will serve as a sounding board for your work. Once the case study is completed, reviewed and approved your certification is granted. The course curriculum focuses on applying learnings to a simulated case study where the learner will launch an organizational design project, assess organizational design needs, build the strategic design for the organization including lateral design, build a roadmap for operational design and transitioning the workforce, and measuring and adapting the design once implemented to obtain initial business goals and meet design criteria. Learners will attend the live sessions with the instructor but are expected to schedule time on their own with their simulation executive who will be assigned to them or they can also select someone and have them approved by the instructor. The case study process will also test the knowledge of applying change and program management of the organizational design effort to ensure overall success.
