About Kelley Rainwater

As a transformation expert and one of only 69 Certified Organizational Design
Professionals in the world, Kelley has led and consulted on some of the largest, most
prestigious, high risk organizational changes in corporate history involving over 30
Fortune 500 companies (e.g. Lockheed Martin, NetApp, PG&E, Cisco, Symantec, The
Gap, Genentech, The United Way, Los Alamos National Labs, Silicon Valley Bank) and
broken the glass ceiling into C-suites (such as CEOs and CFOs) and Boardrooms. She is
currently working as a Organizational Design & Transformation Leader for Silicon Valley
Bank.
Kelley is a sought-after consultant and executive coach and mentor to men and women. She is a master trainer and facilitator in large group event design and execution t hat produce innovative changes and solutions that stick through harnessing group genius. Her deep expertise is in functional and enterprise organizational design having led and consulted on over 40 design projects in her 26 year career.
She has deep expertise in capability and customer centric organizational design as well as how to program manage and apply change management and talent management to these difficult transformations. She is one of the few practitioners in the world who designed and developed a repeatable, practical methodology in customer centric organizational design that gets proven results.
Kelley has published award-winning articles on the topics of organizational transformation and leadership, has served as a strategy and performance coach and faculty member for the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) to over 100 country office leaders who were leading poverty, HIV and gender equality programs and in the Masters of Organizational Change program at Hawaii Pacific University.
Kelley has also started and served on the board of several educational non -profits including Dhaturra, The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, the Chapel of the Divine Mother, The Institute of Applied Organizational Design & Transformation and The Earth Medicine Alliance. She led the strategic planning and business and/or operating model creation for all of these organizations.
As an activist she supported the movement to end sex trafficking by serving as an executive producer and consultant to the document ary Stopping Traffic. She was also the lead organizer of the Dakota Pipeline peace rally in Dallas, Texas and has served in several activist roles for women's and animal rights causes. She is the founder of a current social change movement~ Woman 2.0~ whic h aims to usher in the next evolution of woman in America and to dismantle toxic patriarchal structures setting a new vision of life in American from a female-inspired viewpoint. She holds a BS in Fashion Design fr om Texas Woman's University, an MBA in International Management studies from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MA in Transpersonal Psychology with focus on women's spirituality and indigenous wisdom from The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, and PhD studies in Organizational Systems Inquiry from Saybrook University. Kelley also holds an advanced Executive Coaching certification from the California Professional School of Psychology. In 2021, Kelley was recognized by the global certifying evaluation committee of the Organizational Design Community and given the designation of Certified Organizational Design Professional. Only 69 people worldwide hold this designation in the field.
