This 24 hour total online course will prepare you to “show up” as an instrument of transformation in whatever role you are playing in transformation. The course is limited to 6 participants to maximize personalized attention. Whether you are a senior leader, HR business partner, change management professional, Organizational Designer, Organizational Effectiveness professional, program manager or transformation lead, this course will set you apart from your peers and help you accelerate success of your project by changing your behaviors and mindsets to better enable change. Self-as-Instrument is emerging in organizational and social change settings at an increasing pace because tools and techniques alone do not ensure change. Your mindset, personal power, senses, and ability to harness your voice are instrumental in addressing some of the unspoken and difficult aspects of change. In this course you will learn and apply the six key ways self is used as instrument to enable change. These are self as diagnostic instrument, self as agent of projection, self as a mindset, self as a fluid identity, self as bold challenger, self as protector. Upon learning and practicing these behaviors and mindsets, you will be able to harness your personal power, awareness, senses and voice to accelerate and enable even the most difficult change. Each learner will be given a self assessment to determine their initial state of competency and personal development plan to develop self as instrument.
